I was thinking about the power of words. A simple grouping of letters that create a
powerful word. When you think about it
toddlers and preschoolers learn to recite the alphabet. What they are really doing is becoming
empowered through words.
The first letter grouping I thought of was…..C.H.A.N.G.E. Five tiny little letters that creates such
a huge word.
I am not going to personalize the power of CHANGE. I am not going to explain effects MY personal
life. All I will say is that CHANGE like
time is always evolving. It is always
around us. It is always causing us to
react.

What is change?
I heartily agree and have thought about this a lot in the context of naming. When you name something and put it out on the table and take it out of your head, it takes on a whole different life. Yesterday my son was livid when he encountered a set back. As I spoke with him on the phone and said 'i imagine you see this set back and you wonder if you will ever succeed.' Even though I was on the phone with him, I could feel his whole body release. By naming his fear, we could both hold it and it ceased to have the same grip on him.
